This just opened in Valley. Small family owned, outskirts of Omaha. Their homemade tortillas are always fresh and I can’t forget their guacamole was to die for!

When I first heard of him, he pulled up in a taco truck and it was the best taco ever! He also has a brick and mortar in Papillion. Seriously go check him out! The brisket taco was my favorite!
