For baby

Baby needs very little! The hospital provides SO much, save room in your bag to take as much as you can home :)

You really only need maybe 1-2 outfits (one for sure for going home!). Might be a good idea to bring a premie size and newborn size. Our first baby was mostly just swaddled and in his diaper the majority of the hospital stay and we put his going away...

You really don't need much! You will also need your own personal toiletries but really just comfortable clothing and anything you would pack for a night away is what you will need! Check out my postpartum necessities for more mom related items after ...

I really liked having a robe! Depending on the season, this thin one was nice but if you will deliver in the winter/colder months, a thicker one might be nice, too!

I LOVED these! I didn't know “sleep” nursing bras existed my first go-around until a few months into breast-feeding. I will be living in these in the hospital and for a while after delivery…and every night I am still breastfeeding!

Slippers!!!!! They are great to have. Some people like having grippy socks but I preferred slippers and these crocs are my favorite because my feet don't get too hot! (Also great for house shoes while doing chores and being on your feet a lot!)
