Each month, the pantry supports more than 300 households, serving over 700 individuals in the community. 
They are open every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. All visitors are required to present a valid ID to receive food assistance.

Instructions Cook the rice in advance
 (best if slightly cooled). 

In a skillet or wok, heat 1 Tbsp oil and scramble the eggs. Remove and set aside. 

Add another Tbsp oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes. 

Add diced chicken thighs; cook until browned and fully cooked. 

Add frozen veggies and cook for another 3–5 minutes.


 Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and scrambled eggs.


Eggs 6 $1.25 (half dozen from $2.49)


 Stir well until evenly mixed and heated through.

 Serve warm — sprinkle scallions or sesame seeds if desired.
