These were quite literally lifesavers for me during recovery.
My doctor told me to start this before I had my c-section. I continued this through recovery.

Hopefully your doctor and nurses will also recommend this but incase they don't, trust me!

You still need a lot of the same products a vaginal birth needs, these included
High waisted underwear after the mom diaper stage was great

A regular pillow would work as well but I liked the added protection in between me and the seatbelt on the ride home and any car rides in the first couple weeks postpartum

After the surgery medication I was so itchy in my face and then got super dry, this moisturizer helped a ton to heal my face.
