The whole vibe falls apart if your base is too dewy or too matte. I went through four primers before landing on ones that give that soft-focus, warm-toned canvas without sliding off by noon.

Bronzer is doing 80% of the heavy lifting in this look. Wrong shade and you're orange. Right shade and people ask if you just came back from vacation.

You technically only need three or four shades for this look, but finding the right warm browns without muddy undertones took me longer than I want to admit.

Black liner kills the whole soft latte mood instantly. Finding a brown that's pigmented enough to define your eyes but soft enough to keep things warm was its own little quest.

The lip is where most people mess up latte makeup. Too pink and it clashes. Too dark and it pulls the whole face into fall-goth territory. These land right in that milky-brown sweet spot.

Regular pink blush fights the latte palette hard. Switching to warm peachy-brown blush was the single change that made the whole look click for me.

Glitter highlight ruins this look instantly. What you want is that lit-from-within, just-drank-water glow. Took me three returns to figure that out.

Harsh black brows ruin the softness of this whole look. Switching to a lighter, warmer brow product tied everything together in a way I didn't expect.

Most setting sprays and powders cool down your whole color palette. These actually preserve the warm tones instead of washing them out into gray territory.

Half the softness of this look comes from how you blend, not just what you blend. Switching from stiff brushes to these made my application look ten times more polished.

These are the little extras that take the look from nice to people-stopping-you-to-ask-what-you're-wearing. None are mandatory but all of them made a noticeable difference when I added them.
