As of June of 2026 I have had these pans for about 3 months. I have used them daily, put them in the dishwasher several times and they have held up well! Stainless steel is nontoxic and this is seriously one of my favorite swaps!

I have LOVED this for vacuum sealing our dry goods and veggies. Do NOT mistake this for canning, that is an entirely different process. I chop my veggies up, put them in a mason jar and use this to remove the air. Works like a charm!
