Unlike most people in their 20s, I avoid many of the fiction books like the plague. Overly cheesy romance isn't really my thing either. Filled with adventure, imagination, and life lessons, these stories continue to charm children and evoke nostalgia in older readers, including me. Making this list reminded me of the simpler times of growing up before smartphones in the early 2000s and the habit of reading that has lasted for years beyond that. I believe today’s children deserve to experience the same wonder!
