Gear
I love these because they actually stay place as opposed to the rubber ones. They aren't for all excercises you might do with a band but they're pretty good for when you need something to stay in place.
This is a great little ball, totally helps my lower back on some exercises because it gives some support.
These work great on carpet and hardwood. It's nice they're all one piece and I don't have to worry about taking a cover off or something to wash it.
This is my favorite body analysis scale, it connects great and integrates with all my apps wonderfully.
I don't know why it took me so long to get one of these cause it's fantastic. No more guessing at measurement numbers etc. it goes right into the app and then you can plug it wherever else you need.
This has helped I think with some posture issues I have since becoming a mom while working out. I don't use it every time so my muscles don't become dependent on it but it has definately helped.
These are great, I used them for workouts and floor padding for my daughter cause it was the same as kid specific padding for a fraction of the cost.
Supplements
I swear this is hands down the best multivitamin I have ever taken. I've even continued it after pregnancy and it's been great for me.
All the flavors are delicious! I just usually get vanilla as a good base but I also use it as coffee creamer which is great for extra protein in your day.
This is my essentially OG protein powder, I stopped using it for a few years but it's great.
