This is a list of some of my favorite places to eat, and favorite things to do in Pawley's Island, South Carolina. Pawley's Island is a tiny town, with a ton of southern charm. The people are extremely friendly, and you won't want to leave!

The best food on the island
Delicious food finds that all come highly recommended. You can't go wrong at any of these locations!
These donuts are absolutely AMAZING! They are not a traditional donut, but a croissant-donut hybrid. The flavors are so delicious and unique, you can't skip going here!! They do close early, make your plans accordingly so you don't miss out.
Pawley's Island Tavern is a cool little local dive bar, with live music, great food, and great drinks. Definitely a unique vibe, and inside the walls are lined with dollar bills!
Rustic Table is elevated dining full of southern charm. The food is warm and inviting, just like the atmosphere. This is everything you think of when you think about eating around the dinner table at home- but better since you don't have to cook it.
This little gem is not something to miss out on! We haven't tried something that we don't like here! Of course, you can never go wrong with a good classic chocolate chip cookie. YUM.
Bistro 217 is a beautiful and higher end restaurant, that has the food to match. It is a perfect date night, or place to go and celebrate a special occasion.
Absolutely DELICIOUS! Tucked back in the Hammock Shops, this little hidden gem is not one to miss out on. If you go, you need to try something that includes a biscuit because they are excellent.
Pawley's Tap House is a great restaurant to go grab a quick bite. It is absolutely delicious, and reasonably priced for the area. The food has tons of southern flare, which is exactly what you're looking for when staying in Pawley's Island.
Franks is a highly recommended restaurant in Pawley's Island. I have not personally been there, but whenever people ask where to eat Franks is always recommended!
Fun things to do on the island
Here are a few fun things that I love to do in the area. Pawley's Island is known for its absolutely stunning location and wildlife on the coast, so make sure to take full advantage while you are here!
Perfect little area to walk around and do a little bit of local shopping. There are a few shops and restaurants to choose from, so you can easily go spend a few hours here wandering around.

This little Chapel is so sweet, we have been to a few small weddings here and they were all lovely. If you're looking for a church you can definitely stop by and check it out. It is right on the marsh, so the photo ops are beautiful.
