Considerations / Trade-offs
Wavelengths: Many of these belts use 660 nm (red) + ~850 nm (near-IR), a common combo. If you're targeting deep lumbar structures / spine, near-IR is more important because it penetrates deeper.
Irradiance / Power: Higher LED count or more powerful chips = more effective, but also more heat / weight.
