Being pregnant is a wonderful experience but can also be really difficult at times, especially as a surgery resident. I tried a lot of different products to try to help with the nausea in the first trimester, skin care when my baby bump started to grow, maternity clothing, etc. Here are some of my recommendations! As a surgery resident working in the hospital, my hair gets super dry and damaged with keeping it tied up in a pony or bun under a scrub cap.
