Any of the other custard shops will tell you that they have the best but anyone can throw in oreo cookies and say it's cookies and cream. Leon's has the best base custards-Strawberry, Raspberry, Vanilla, Chocolate, Butter Pecan ( With Real Maple flavored custard as the base). The Cinnamon custard is my favorite!
