Most of my windchimes and suncatchers are made using recycled and repurposed items, however, there are some tools that I use to make it a bit easier. Drilling holes is pretty important and there are simple ways to achieve that.
I can not vouch for the other brands because I have only owned a Dremel. I recommend a corded one because they are guaranteed to have the power you need. I do not know if the rechargeable or battery-powered ones have the same power. (Affiliate Link)
