I live in the South and we have lots of Pollen and allergy issues. Here are a few of my finds for allergy and sinus relief.
My husband has horrible sinuses and really finds relief in using this. I have never gotten my courage to try it, but he loves it.

This is now over the counter and a great medicine for daily allergy relief. My husband also uses this daily, a squirt in each nostril every night.
Flonase
I keep this around for a rescue med if my allergies get really bad. I used to have hives that would pop up and this is what would make them go away.
