I have been a quadriplegic, the result of a gymnastics accident, since 1990. I have been through a lot, and have learned a lot over more than 35 years. These are some resources and outlets that mean a lot to me.

When we like to eat out, we have favorite locations for different types of food. Frequently, we like a good burger, but also enjoy Italian, mexican,, seafood, an more. Here are some of our favorite eating spots.
