Are you looking for a tourist destination? This is my favorite spots in Hanoi, Vietnam
😄 I just had a wonderful trip in Hanoi and I really want to tell the world! 🌿 My Hanoi Travel Diary — A City of Chaos, Charm, and Coffee ☀️ From the moment I stepped into Hanoi, I knew this city was something special. It didn’t try to impress with glitter or glamour — instead, it welcomed me with warm smiles, the scent of street food in the air, and the sounds of scooters weaving through narrow streets. Hanoi is alive. It’s fast and loud, but also surprisingly peaceful. One moment you’re dodging traffic in the Old Quarter, and the next, you’re sitting by Hoan Kiem Lake watching the sun reflect on the water, everything slowing down. I fell in love with the morning rituals — locals exercising by the lake, sipping strong coffee at street-side stalls, or buying fresh herbs at bustling markets. Everything felt so real, so raw. And oh, the food — it was unforgettable. From smoky “bún chả” to silky “phở”, every dish told a story. I didn’t just eat; I experienced. Even the tiniest plastic stool became a front-row seat to Hanoi’s soul. I found magic in the hidden cafés, the peaceful courtyards, the temples, and the old French buildings still standing tall. I learned to look slower, listen more, and appreciate the small details — like the way the light hits the yellow walls of the Temple of Literature or the laughter of kids chasing bubbles in the park. Hanoi isn’t just a destination — it’s a feeling. A little chaotic, incredibly soulful, and full of surprises. And as I pack my bags, I know one thing for sure: This city stays with you. Long after you leave.
