This humble ramen shop boasts some of the best ramen in Japan! Keep an eye out for the smiley face bucket outside that the owner added as a simple way to cheer people up who walk by:)
This sushi was our favorite in Japan! It was so fresh and the staff was very kind and spoke English. Try the variety plate that comes with tamago, eel, and an assortment of fish for a refreshing and filling meal!
This garden was so beautiful and peaceful! Be sure to arrive early to beat the crowds and get some breathtaking photos:)
Be prepared to spend hours here if you want to see everything! This is a great place to sample delicious Japanese foods and buy some unique souvenirs.
This is a must see spot when you are in Japan! You can buy a fortune at the temple and keep it, or if its a bad fortune tie it on the temple gate to leave the bad luck behind:)

If you are a Nintendo fan, this is a must stop! I absolutely loved all of the unique Animal Crossing plushies and of course Mario and Zelda merch!
This is a fun tourist spot to see the famous crossing! However, my favorite part was seeing the 3D holograms on the buildings. Keep and eye out for a space ship and a kawaii shiba!
Tokyo Disney Sea is voted the best theme park in the wold and for good reason! If you are a Disney/ theme park fan, you definitely want to budget a day to explore here! Its also surprisingly affordable at only $60ish USD a ticket!
This is another big tourist spot, so be prepared for crowds! It is very cool to see all the old style markets and see the fresh seafood being prepared.
If you are an Anime fan, this is a cool place to check out. There are so many Gachapon to buy and a lot of shops selling luggage at an unbelievable price! We got a big shell luggage here for less than $50 USD!
This garden is very popular and for good reason! This is honestly the picturesque scenery I imagine when I think of Japan. Be sure to arrive early to beat the crowds and get good pictures!
An iconic alley way that feels both old and futuristic with the rustic buildings and neon signs! Definitely worth the walk through, especially at night when everything is lit up!
This was so fun to see! Even if you don't stay at the hotel, Godzilla is still worth the visit and the photo:)

You have never seen a mall like this before! We loved exploring the 14 stories with over 250 stores. Our favorite spot was the rooftop garden where you can see amazing FREE views of Tokyo!
This was our favorite dessert in Japan! You can find this popular chain across Japan and can usually smell it before you see it. Definitely try to custard filled Teriyaki, it has a crispy waffle like shell with a hot creamy custard on the inside!
