It's not just hype - I love my Instant Pot! Mine is small, but enough for dinner and leftovers. I love tossing in some frozen chicken, green chile, and spices, and having enchiladas in about 40 minutes.
I use this ALL the time! Daquiris :), waffles, pie dough, cauliflower puree. The only down side is it's too good. It would turn salsa ingredients into soup! It's not for chopping, just blending!

These are great for those of us who don't tolerate carbs, well. Plain is good for sandwiches. I also make them with cinnamon & sweetener which satisfies my over-active sweet tooth!
