The Basics
This Kosher Sea salt is a good one. I use it mostly for vegetables. You don’t need a lot, as a few pinches is plenty!
La Baleine - sea salt
This is my go to brand for black pepper. It has the right amount of flavor. The tin can always gives me vintage vibes. Takes me back to mamas kitchen.
McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper, 3 oz
Smooth blend. Flavorful.
Garlic Powder
I like this blend of oregano. Adds in some nice flavor.
McCormick Gourmet Organic Oregano Leaves, 0.5 oz Bottle
These parsley flakes are great. They have a fresh flavor and make a nice garnish.

This onion powder is very flavorful.

I prefer this brand of cilantro as it adds a nice flavor.
Freeze Dried Cilantro & Herbs - Gluten-Free
This red pepper is the truth! Packs a punch and is so good.

Great for stews. These enhance the flavor.
McCormick® Bay Leaves, 0.12 oz
I use this spice mostly to add color. But it can also be used to add in a little flavor.

This spice is great for pestos and sauces. It can also be used as a garnish.

Sometimes a pinch of salt is all you need to add a little flavor. I’ve used this brand for decades. The girl in the yellow coat is an icon!
Morton Salt
Something Extra
Pepper alone is great, but sometimes you need a little something extra. This blend is great. It’s made with garlic, sea salt, and red and green bell peppers.
McCormick® Garlic Pepper Seasoning Grinder, 1.23 oz
These rainbow blend is all peppercorns. A mixture of black, white, green and pink. Adds flavor and the grinding aspect is kind of fun!
Trader Joe's Rainbow Peppercorns Mix
This seasoning is a staple in my home. Tastes great with eggs and a plethora of other things.
Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
This taco seasoning adds a nice blend of flavors to your taco filling. A little spicy but good.
Bold Taco Seasoning
If you are down to having only one spice on hand - this would be the one to have. Very flavorful and adds a kick to any recipe.
Original Creole Seasoning
This is a must have for pastas and sauces.
The blend of various spices adds so much flavor.

Great blend for added flavor, especially with poultry.

This seasoned salt is really good. Adds lots of flavor.

This spice is great to have on hand to add a little heat.

This seasoning is a must have for steaks. Adds so much flavor, making it taste to perfection.

If you’re a seafood lover, this one is for you. This seasoning is a great add in for extra flavor.
Old Bay
These are great for adding in extra flavor. You can use these to even make broth. I prefer the cubes over the powder blends.

I use this mostly for pies during the holidays, but it can be used to add a nice sweet flavor many other things.
Vanilla - Extracts and Flavors
This blend of cinnamon is flavorful and delicious.
