I LOVEDDDD this book. I read it in 1-sitting, which is rare for me because I'm a slow reader but I felt like I flew through this book.                                                          A woman who stops speaking after murdering her husband, and the therapist determined to find out why.

Team Manuscript or Team Letter? This book had my brain doing backflips, but I can’t lie, I love when an ending leaves things to the imagination.                                                             Lowen, a struggling writer, is  hired to finish bestselling author Verity Crawford’s books after an accident leaves Verity unable to continue. While digging through Verity’s office, Lowen discovers an unfinished manuscript that reveals horrifying secrets about Verity’s life — secre...

When I tell you I was so confused for 90% of this book, I'm not lying. This is a roller coaster of a book but I loved it. Another one I read in a few day                                                                               This one pulls you deep into a web of deceit, obsession, and shifting identities. Just when you think you’ve figured it out — think again. Nothing in this story is true… except the way it messes with your head.

A masterclass in deception — one lie sets it all in motion, but the truth is far messier. If you think you know who’s playing who, think again.

I HAVE NOT GOTTEN OVER THIS BOOK! To the point where I'm refreshing my Amazon to see when the next will arrive. I devoured it in just 2 days — only stopped because I needed sleep for work the next day, lol.                                                                          It follows Erin and her complicated relationship with Capone, her brother, her first love, and Capone's baby mama as they navigate passion, betrayal, and growth.

I’ve always loved to read, but in high school it felt like such a chore. The Great Gatsby was the first book in my AP Lit class that I actually read cover to cover — and I’d do it again.                                                                            The Great Gatsby is a classic tale of wealth, love, and the American Dream gone awry, following the mysterious Jay Gatsby’s pursuit of the elusive Daisy Buchanan amid the glitz and glamour of the Roaring Twenties.

I heard so many great things from my friends, family, even patients at my job about this book and finally decided to give it a read. The beginning is a little slow, but it’s such a beautifully written story.                                                                                  Follows the powerful, emotional journey of a young nurse serving during the Vietnam War, highlighting the strength, courage, and sacrifices of the women who history often forgets.

Not gonna lie, this one wasn’t my top pick, but it was an okay but the writing was very much so appropriate for a pre-teen to teenage girl.                                                                                   Juliette, a girl with a lethal touch, trapped by her power and desperate for freedom in a dystopian world where she’s both a weapon and an outcast. Juliette must navigate trust, love, and rebellion to discover her true strength.

Every time I read this book, I got angrier and angrier. That poor girl’s circumstances — and the absolute scum she surrounded herself with — were just too much for me. I had to put it down and haven’t picked it up since.                                                     Sloan tries to survive her dangerous relationship while falling for someone who might save her — or ruin her completely.

I will always support Black authors and stories, but whew — this one was rough for me. I made it less than 100 pages in. I might give it another shot since I’m in my urban fiction era, but honestly, I’ve read better.                                                             Winter Santiaga, the fierce and flashy daughter of a drug kingpin, as she navigates betrayal, hustle, and survival in a world of money and power. A raw, unforgettable classic about the highs and brutal lows of street life.
