I have researched hard to boost up power on my 2.0 11th gen civic sport without breaking the bank or my car until a reliable supercharger or turbo charger comes. Here is my recommendations
The 2.0 NA 11th gen civic has limited power options but this catted downpipe will replace the stock cat. It is lighter and better flowing and will give you a decent 10hp to 15hp boost if tagged along with the Ktuner and an exhaust.

2022+ Honda Civic N1 Exhaust System Upgrade
The best option for all 11th gen civics, The ktuner. I recommend thev.2 for that added screen because racecar.
