Protein helps keep my blood sugar stable. Here are some of my go-to choices.
I eat Greek yogurt nearly every day. I make it into dips, use it in smoothies, or use it to top my dinner time creations. You can season it to be sweet or savoury. I love this versatile ingredient.

I could eat egg salad every darn day! I up the protein and cut the mayo by using 1 Tblsp of half fat Hellman’s and adding in a couple tablespoons of Greek yogurt. It makes the salad extra tangy, too.
