Get Involved in Postcrossing
A federal law, passed in 1907, allowed for messages on US postcards to be written on the backs of the cards along with the addresses. The numbers of postcards exploded and now many can be seen at the LOC collection.

Here are some cards people have sent me through Postcrossing.
This card came to me in a language I have not recently studied and I did not feel like firing up my translate program, but apparently it's art done in 1903 to show farm and country life in that particular country.
