Nipple size changes are normal. Having a measurement tool to keep pumping comfortable is necessary

If you are pumping then you need these. A majority of breast pumps have a large flange and do not fit most women
Any extra large/overnight maxi pad will work. Great for "padsicles". Used for pain relief

Works wonders. I had mastitis and then I started taking this supplement to prevent further clogs. Never had another clog
Can be hot or cold. Helps so much with clogs and discomfort
