I will not be caught detangling dry hair, my scalp would hate me 🥲. I've used this for 3+ years and I'm yet to find something better!
African Pride Aloe & Coconut Pre-Shampoo 12 oz
Shampoo
First shampoo that really helped my scalp, it has such and refreshing and cooling sensation which is expected from rosemary, plus it will help with hair growth
AROMATICA Rosemary Scalp Shampoo 13.53 oz
The selling point for me is the SCENT. it smells so good and it's got salicylic acid to gently exfoliate the scalp, Caffeine to encourage hair growth and panthenol to attract moisture. Can't really go wrong with this!
[KUNDAL] Nature Shampoo 500ml (White Musk)
The most gentle of the three shampoos. Doesn't pack a punch like the others but really good for sensitive scalp, been using it more since I started using minoxidil cos my scalp got really dry and sensitive
ALIVELAB O2 Scalp Water Shampoo 11.83 fl.oz
I will not be caught detangling dry hair, my scalp would hate me 🥲. I've used this for 3+ years and I'm yet to find something better!
African Pride Aloe & Coconut Pre-Shampoo 12 oz
Conditioners
This has been such a great conditioner to use before blow drying. I was hesitant to use bond builders cos I thought my hair would go stiff! But instead this has been so hydrating and I've definitely experienced less breakage
REDKEN Acidic Bonding Leave-In Treatment 150ml
This alone made me fall in love with redken. My hair stays so soft and hydrated after each use. It feels like it doesn't have much slip but still manages to literally melt into my strands and combing through with no issue at all
REDKEN All Soft Mega Curls Conditioner 300ml
First product from olaplex and I'm so impressed. The no.8 is definitely made for moisture and works great for type 4 hair! I use this after shampoo but I've seen some people use it after conditioner. Personally it works great on its own after shampoo...
OLAPLEX No. 8 Bond Moisture Mask, 1 Pack
Leave on scalp products
Using Minoxidil has made my scalp so dry, so I'm adding products with hydrating/nourishing ingredients like ceramides.it feels more like a thick serum than a moisturiser but I'm not complaining. It's the exact consistency I was hoping for
Head & Shoulders DermaXPro Scalp Treatment
My go-to scalp spray, especially when I have protective styles. It's got a nice cooling sensation, plus ingredients for hair growth. You've also got salicylic and niacinamide, so it provides a bit of exfoliation while controlling oil production on yo...
Head Spa & Scalp Care Scalp Tonic 100ml - kundal.us
Hair moisturizers and oil
This will be loved by the low porosity curly & coily hair girlies. Not too heavy and great for added moisture 💯
Wakati Oil-Infused Curl Defining Cream 250ml
Argan oil is a lightweight oil that works really well for low porosity hair without feeling greasy!
HASK ARGAN Oil Shine Hair for and
Minoxidil and Derma roller
Minoxidil foam version will be a better option if you don't want to get dry flaky scalp like I did from using the liquid solution 🥲 just make sure you wash your hands after so you go get hairier knuckles and hands
Regaine Men Extra Strength Foam 73ml
My trichologist told me that 5% minoxidil is more effective than 2% even though it's generally marketed towards men. So I would recommend trying 5% if the hair loss is very prominent, but if it's mild 2% should be your first choice
Regaine Men Hair Regrowth Foam 3 x 73ml
Along with minoxidil, I have been instructed to use a derma roller twice weekly between red light therapy. It's got a prickly sensation which I've gotten used too now, but definitely needed time to get used too.
INCELLICE 1.5mm Derma Roller for Hair Growth
Prior to derma roller, I tried a derma stamp for a bit. Generally, I preferred it but as instructed I'm to use a derma roller provided by the clinic. I feel as though the stamp has better precision but will be tricky to use if you want to use it on y...
