Doesn't make a huge difference but definitely a noticeable one especially during sleepless nights. I find that it works best in combination with other supplements, in my case with Ashwagandha

I love the smell of lavender and find it quite therapeutic. I either use it in a diffuser or put a couple of drops on my wrist or pillow, since my anxiety tends to get worse at night, and focusing on the scent helps me relax

Whenever I feel an anxiety attack coming on I usually either go wash my face with cold water or hold an ice cube in my hand. But that isn't always an option especially in public so these ice packs can be a life saver
