Here are some of my go-to beauty essentials. Most of these products are staples of my everyday routine and make me look and feel my best self!

As someone with thick, naturally pin-straight hair, I know the challenge of keeping it smooth, styled, and frizz-free—especially in Florida’s heat and humidity. That’s why I curated this collection of my favorite go-to products. Some may be a splurge, but each one is a true investment in self-care, helping me maintain healthy, manageable hair all year round. I only recommend what I actually use and love—products that work.

My skin is a little unpredictable—sometimes oily, sometimes dry—depending on the weather. That’s why I rely on products that help me stay balanced year-round. Whether I’m dealing with summer humidity or cooler, drier days, these skincare picks keep my skin feeling clear, hydrated, and calm. I’ve curated only what truly works for combination skin like mine.

My current lip-product rotation — these are the balms, oils, and tinted products I actually keep in my bag and use.

I’ve been working as an OR nurse for just over two years — it’s a tough but incredibly rewarding job. Over time, I’ve found a few go-to items that make my shifts a little smoother. Here are some of my favorites!

🏃‍♀️ I love running, getting my steps in, and meeting up with my run club! Running gear definitely comes with some trial and error, so here are some of the things I’ve tried and loved along the way. 🤍
