Scaly scalp 😮💨
Just a man who's suffered from eczema and dermatitis his whole this. These are my recommendations that stop me from ripping my scalp and skin off.
Completely unsexy, but absolutely needed. A staple to kill that yeast and calm the itch. Might take a few goes to work but use 2/3 times per week
Nizoral Anti-dandruff Shampoo - 60ml
For when your scalps playing ball
Stunning. Use with the conditioner you won't regret it.
Suprême Repair Shampoo - Head & Shoulders
Stunning, use with the shampoo.
Suprême Damage Repair Conditioner - Head & Shoulders
Heart heart ❤️ 💙 I love this. I use it as a pre treatment and leave on conditioner. Don't use a lot as it can get quite heavy, but the right amount leaves hair feeling amazing. Honestly, it smells so good, too, but if you're not keen on banana, I k...

Scalp treatments
If there's no open wounds on your scalp.... eczema and psoriasis girlie's know... then this is nice and soothing to cool the scalp after a wash or treatment. You don't need loads, and it smells nice.
Aveda Scalp Remedy Anti Dandruff Solution 125ml
Don't judge, but yes! Double base on the scalp. In between your wash days, use a small amount. It's an emollient and will create a moisture barrier trapping in much needed moisture in your dry scalp.

Doublebase Applied Emollients
Invest in a decent scalp massager. For the days you dont wash with shampoo, use a warm water rinse and massage the scalp and keep the scalp stimulated and blood flowing.

Definitely not for everyday use but for treatment. When flaring up, it's good to remove excess flakes and skin. Would avoid if suffering scabs and wounds. I've found it can sting if used then.
Umberto Giannini Scalp Scrub Exfoliating Anti Dandruff Scrub
IYKYK. Extreme flare-ups and dryness. Smells like a bonfire and not for consistent use but does work in emergencies.
Milva Pine Tar Shampoo for Seborrheic Dermatitis 500ml
Body ody ody
A very nice and gentle cleanse. I use it on my body and scalp when having a flare-up. It's too gentle for me to use all the time in terms of cleansing, but it's a great option for when skin is just feeling extra sensitive.
TOPIALYSE Cleansing Oil - Gentle cleanser for dry and sensitive skin
The only product I've consistently used since childhood and one of the only cleansers I can use on my body. Leaves skin clean, fresh, and soft. An OG for eczema and sensitive skin folk.
Original Beauty Cream Bar 2 x 90g
Nice all rounder. I actually use this as a bubble bath because I can't use anything else, and this is gentle enough not to irritate. Plain and simple but effective and well priced.
Healpsorin Antifungal Body Wash for Skin
Creams and treatments
A go-to for a flare-ups. Can be expensive for the quantity, but I find it works extremely well and quickly.
Cetraben Moisturising Cream
For nose and round the ears and hairline mainly. Those areas that get really irritated.
Scalp Repair Cream 120g
Not for everyone, but it softens my hard and dry skin like noones business. Can be messy and can transfer! But left overnight you won't regret it.
PraNaturals 100% Organic Shea Butter 300ml
Crispy hands
For my dry hands, nothing works like this. I wouldn't use on cracked skin, but for healed and well skin, this is fab every day.
Cocoa Butter Softens Hand Cream
Very cheap option but is actually so good. Smells great and absorbs so quickly if you hate that greasy feeling then this is great.
