These are my favorite character dining options at Disney World. Food is mainly an afterthought at most of these with a few exceptions.
Go for breakfast. The food is fantastic
Topolino's Terrace - Character Breakfast
Breakfast is fun and the food isn't terrible. Feel like this place is overhated
Chef Mickey's
You only need to go here for one thing - the churro Mickey waffles!
The Crystal Palace
In terms of character interactions, go for dinner for some insane one-on-one times. Food is just okay. Boma is better in terms of foods in my opinion.

Not the best barbecue you've ever had but for all you can eat options inside a theme park, this is great
Roundup Rodeo BBQ - Toy Story Land - Disney World
Entrees are good but come for the espresso martini. TRUST ME.
Narcoossee's | Walt Disney World Resort
The loaded tots are good but the star of the show is the best sundae on property - No Way Jose
Beaches & Cream Soda Shop
Go for brunch to get the best of both worlds - barbecue and waffles
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Overhated for no reason. The shrimp alfredo and bread pudding are great!
Coral Reef Restaurant
The food and vibes are spot on
Raglan Road Irish Pub
The rolls with cinnamon butter are divine.
The Boathouse Orlando
Sure the cakes are pricey, but the meal was actually really nice
The Cake Bake Shop® Bakery by Gwendolyn Rogers - Disney World
Good sushi options, A5 wagyu, and eel bowls

These are some places where you'll find the best snacks at Disney World
Seriously the best place to get a snack at Epcot. Even better than the the French bakery

Get the coconut pineapple swirl, it's a game-changer!
Aloha Isle
Their donuts are fantastic! Be sure to try their seasonal offerings too (Christmas especially!)
