Such a fun and interesting street to go visit in the Detroit area. Look up the story of how it came to be. The street is secured, so don't feel nervous to visit even if you aren't familiar with the area.
The Heidelberg Project
Whether it be a beach bar set up or a Christmas tree lighting and outdoor skating, Campus Martius is the place to be for fun vibes and good times.

Great location for yummy food, and head over to the casino if you're feeling lucky!
Greektown
You don't even have to be a baseball fan to go enjoy a tigers game, check it out if you have the time.
Comerica Park
Take a stroll down the Detroit River Walk and take in the beautiful views of the city, and look across the water and see Canada!

Condado Tacos
Absolutely loved everything about my experience here. The docor, the staff, the food....everything was beyond amazing. Don't hesitate to get one of their over the top milkshakes!

Great place to spend the day, so much going on in each season. If you go near the holidays definitely go ice skating and get some good pics around the big Christmas tree!

Fun places to explore on the westside of Michigan. The western coast is great for outdoor activities so be prepared to spend some time in nature over here.
Rent an ATV and explore the dunes. The beaches out this way are gorgeous, I suggest camping at Silver Lake State Park to be able to soak in everything the area has to offer.
Silver Lake Sand Dunes
Fun area to shop and eat. Make sure you check out the lighthouse if you pop in town!
Grand Haven
Probably my favorite city in Northern Michigan. Make sure to visit the mushroom houses and the light house! Then spend some time at the shops along the strip and take a cute pic by the Challenge mural.
Charlevoix
Up North Vibes
Some may say Mackinaw is just a tourist town but it's still one of my favorite places to visit. As someone who grew up vacationing "up north" this town will always have my heart. Make sure you grab some famous mackinaw fudge when you stop in!
Mackinaw City
The bridge that connects the upper peninsula to the lower peninsula, beautiful during the day or at night. Stop at the park on the mackinaw city side and get great views from below!

This my friends is where Cherry Republic was born! So many incredible things to do in the area. Definitely check out the original Cherry Republic, do a wine tasting anywhere in town, and shop till you drop at all the cute boutiques.
Traverse City
Beautiful spot, make sure you take the boat tour!

Cute town in the UP, definitely recommend spending at least a day here if not more
Marquette
You have to do the jump! Be prepared though, lake superior is the coldest of the great lakes
Black Rocks
Super cool to watch boats pass between the locks, take a tour if you wanna see how it feels!
Soo Locks
Fall is my favorite time to visit, but honestly it's beautiful all year
