Great spots to check out in the Pacific North West
Yes I'm a child at heart, definitely cool to check out. This spot is a playground so if you have kiddos then plan so spend a little time enjoying the park area.
The Childhood Express "RED Wagon"
Cutest German town tucked away in Washington. Ps make sure you don't accidentally go during Oktoberfest if you aren't into crowds haha. Early mornings are best to have the town to yourself.
Leavenworth
Between the soft pretzels and the homemade pastries...10/10 recommend stopping in here. They only have a few tables inside, but plently of spots to sit out and around it.
Danish Bakery
Treat yourself to a box of handpicked chocolates. They workers here are so friendly and patient when helping you pick out the perfect truffles to make up your box.
Schocolat
Cool bridge to check out if you're in the area. It was a very short walk to get here. The trail leads to a longer hike but I just went to see the bridge.
The Gateway Bridge
Iconic spot to visit in Seattle. I went on a weekend day so it was packed but the vibes and the people visiting were great, plan to spend some time here for the day.
Pike Place Market
Nastyyy but you gotta visit haha. This wall alley is filled with tons of gum people have left. Make sure you take a video of you sticking a new piece on it!
The Gum Wall
As a starbucks batista I had to check it out. It's very small inside with no seating, but it has special merch that is only available at this location.
Original Starbucks
Gorgeous views of the city. Take the elevator up and walk around to see every angle of Seattle. If you have time check out the rotating restaurant they have upstairs.
Space Needle
Cool spot to visit. This troll is located underneath a highway. It's a fun spot to stop at and take pictures with it. There is a park next to it to hang out for a bit after.
Fremont Troll
Great vibe, delicious lunch spot. I love all the hand painted art work along the walls. The servers were very nice and helpful with food recommendations and drink options
Locus
Beautiful national park. The road to get up to the park have a few cute little "towns" to stop and visit. Make sure you stop and see the train on your way in.
North Cascades National Park
The road through the national park takes you right up to the overlook to this gorgeous lake. The water is more beautiful than anything you've seen before, make sure to have your camera ready.
Diablo Lake
