As someone whose palette is arguably refined and lives in a city where there are a number of sushi restaurants, here are a few I would definitely revisit and recommend to you based on not only aesthetics but the cuisine itself.
Their dinner menu is absolutely the best, lots of variety and fresh food.

It's located in the centre and the customer service here is absolutely amazing, menu is a bit limited but the food is great and actually fresh!
Hanabi Fusion
I was a bit skeptical at first because bigger restaurants tend to be disappointing but the food here is absolutely amazing, especially their grilled options and when they say spicy, they mean it!

Came here with some friends and we left with our bellies full!

This is one sushi place that never fails me in Torino, they have different branches across the city but my personal fave is the one at Via Frejus

Randomly walked into this restaurant and it was really good, and service was quick even with manual ordering (pen and paper)
