This was the best recommendation brush for Satin paint, and I honestly didn’t have any issues with it. It was great for edges and painting around baseboards.
Ace Best 2-1/2 in. Angle Trim Paint Brush
I had some very old stubborn paint on the trim that I wanted to get off. I tried many different things and this was the only thing that made a difference. Just make sure to wear gloves!
Sunnyside 83432 Denatured Alcohol, Quart
These things are magical!! I used these with the denatured alcohol to get the paint off the trim.
Homax Rhodes Steel Wool 16 Pads #4 Coarse
This is the wood stain to went with after I got the paint off the trim and sanded first. Turned out to be a beautiful color and matched really well with the dark green paint.
Rust-Oleum Stain Golden Pecan 1/2" Gold
This is the paint I used! I went with the color Sweet Basil. It’s a beautiful forest green color. One gallon did the job for me with two coats for an 11’x12’ room.
