Love the pandan lattes, silog, and any of the ube baked goods! They also have a mini marketplace where you can get stickers, pins, tea, and more!
Hood Famous Cafe + Bar
One of my fave matcha places - they have locations in Bellevue with new ones coming to Redmond, Cap Hill, and SLU very soon!
Matcha Magic Bellevue
Vietnamese coffee is on point here! I usually get the Tropical Vine, which is pandan coconut coffee. They also have a Vietnamese coffee that’s made with oat condensed milk, which is ideal for lactose intolerant girlies like me!

Get the tomato “egg” rice (it’s made with bean curd) or the breakfast sandwich and thank me later! I love the blue tile used for the bar, and I also appreciate that there’s seating and a bathroom

Free and open to the public every day of the year, this park is a great place to walk and see local art! Some of the Seattle Art Museum’s Body and Mind event series are hosted here in the winter and spring
Olympic Sculpture Park
This garden is small but mighty - I love walking over the stone paths, looking at the koi fish, or just sitting down to journal here.
Seattle Japanese Garden
When it’s sunny in Seattle, everyone flocks here - and for good reason! I love coming to watch the sailboats and paddle boarders float by.
Gas Works Park
This greenhouse is beautiful! Worth visiting and seeing all the flowers and cacti inside - they even have a holiday train in December!

The archways! So stunning! I love looking at their selection of Pacific Northwest books - plus, this is super close to General Porpoise, Smith Tower, and Friend Museum!
