Moroccan ingredients for Sunday Shower and Hammam + Recipe
I have collected all ingredients and described my routine for Sunday shower that can help you to get your dream skin.
First step is to get the shower super nice and steamy. This is gonna help soften all of your dead skin. Next you’re gonna apply the Tebrima black soap mixture that you made with as described in recipe below. This is a blend of herbs that are used in Morocco before doing the hammam you wanna completely rinse this off. You should’t have any more products on your skin by the time you start scrubbing. Then you wet your kesa glove. Bring out any excess water. Make sure you turn your water off then you can start scrubbing in up-and-down motions, and if you followed all of the steps correctly, you will start to see dead skin rolling off. This dead skin is what's giving you clogged pores and breakouts all over your body. It's also making your skin rough and more dull. You will not believe what comes out of you when you start scrubbing. This is the most satisfying unsatisfying part. Then you can apply the Moroccan Nilla powder mask that you made as described in recipe below. Nilla has been used for centuries to brighten the skin and to even skin tone. So if you have things like redness, discolouration, hyperpigmentation this is gonna help you reduce all of that and it also leave the skin looking visibly brighter not wider. And lastly, we're using the Moroccan Aker Fassi scrub that we made. This is also gonna reduce dullness on the skin and leave the skin looking rosy. After rinsing this off the final step is to apply Moroccan Argan oil or Black Seed oil.Recipe:1 Sidr hair mask.
