always remember to bring around a case for your aligners! you don’t wanna wrap them up in a napkin then accidentally throwing it away - it happens more often than you’d think!

flossing is so so important when ur going thru invisalign! wanna keep ur teeth cavity free and this is my favorite floss use! it’s a lot thicker than normal floss so it really gets the gunk out and it isn’t coated with PFAS like other flosses!
Cocofloss
ur sign to get rid of ur manual toothbrush and start using an electric! focus on brushing your gum lines to keep your mouth fresh! i love this one in particular bc ive had it for five years and it still works like the first time i used it!
