The Book Thief
this isn’t a love you want to fall in love with, but feel comforted in the fact that years and years ago, humans feel the same way we do. but by no means, this isn’t a love story. it’s one of exposing the complexities of generational trauma, selfishn...
Wuthering Heights
this is the epitome of halloween. it is such a fun time to read where the original frankenstein came from. mary shelley wrote this book at 19 years old, and basically invented science fiction. this is one of the first books where science was webbed i...

11/22/63
history and fall is the perfect combo. set in WW2 (i believe), it follows three girls and their journey. and i think one gets captured. it seems super intriguing and has been sitting on my shelf for a while, so I must read soon. also, their wearing w...
Lilac Girls

The Girl on the Train
the perfect way to get into a fall mood without feeling horror-struck. i just started this and ive already been laughing and having such a good time. it’s ghosts, funny, witty, and mysterious. i just know there are going to be some good twists and tu...
The Dead Romantics
i put this book on my fall TBR, and everyone said it was so good. therefore, i’m recommending it to you too. i haven’t read it, but i have trust in riley sager to keep me on my toes and make me guess. such a good read for this october season
The Only One Left
this is a new release, but doesn’t the cover SCREAM fall???? i want to read purely for how cozy the front cover looks. i’m excited to get into it, and a perfect, fall romance may just be what you need too.
If It Makes You Happy
it’s just one of those books you see around and know you need to read. this feels almost like a classic at this point, and i must know what it’s about. seems like such a fun read for the fall season!
The Secret History
these feels like a must for october. look at the skull… it’s spooky, thrilling, and full of twists and turns (or so i heard). very excited to read!
