MUST HAVE. I used this for the first two weeks, every single day. This saved my life during postpartum. You can get it at the hospital but buy more bc you’ll need it!

TRUST ME. if you buy anything off this list. Get this. I used these so much I went through probably 2 containers. Best possible thing you can use for down there after pushing out a watermelon. They’re amazing. The relief is instant.

This is an essential. Helps with relief down stairs. I used this for weeks after.

You may think you don’t need to buy any meds, but you do. And these are what worked for me. Pain management is so important for a decent recovery.
This is also a must. Add it with whatever the hospital gives you, and trust me it works.

Trust me, you’ll need this. I would’ve lost my sanity without it. Anything you can take to help with the pain, do it.

These are a must have. Using the bathroom after is one of the hardest, scariest things. And this will help make using the bathroom bare-able.

Comfort if the most important thing after having a baby. Trust me, invest in yourself and self care. You deserve it after growing a human, and going through everything you do.
These are a must have. Especially if you’re going to be breastfeeding. My son is almost 2 and I still use mine!

You need to make sure you are as comfy as you can be. Wear something that doesn’t feel like the blood just sits on you all day.
These are a must have. You bleed so much and you need something that’s going to feel as good as it can considering what your body is going through. Definitely make sure you’re stocked up on these.

This might sound crazy, but these will feel better than wearing anything else. Trust me. At that point everyone has already seen all your bits. So just do it. Wear the diaper lol.

These help so much. You don’t have to worry about bleeding on your own underwear and it cuts out the hassle of having to wash them. I used these a lot after having my babies.
