Here are the supplements I used once I found out I was pregnant to still help with my PCOS.
Omega 3 is great for baby’s brain and eye development and helps improve insulin resistance with PCOS.
Nature Made Fish Oil Omega 3, 1000mg, 250 Softgels
Helps reduce stress, lower cortisol, improves insulin sensitivity, and helps with sleep. Definitely can help with first trimester insomnia
Nature’s Bounty Magnesium Glycinate 240mg 120ct
This is mostly important for baby. Folic acid is so necessary. If you are trying to get pregnant, still take this to help prepare for when you are.
Nature Made Prenatal with Folic Acid + DHA, 110 Softgels
B6 + unison together help with morning sickness! My OB recommended this before taking nausea medicine. Take every night before bed consistently for it to work
Spring Valley Vitamin B6 100 mg, 250 Ct
Necessary for constipation during pregnancy. I have not been able to eat enough fiber because I’ve been so nauseous so the capsules definitely help.
