Having a way to measure my BP at different times is fantastic! This way I can know if I need to up my salt intake, or stick to electrolyte-free water. This one in particular is great because it doesn’t take up too much room in my bag.

I get some pretty bad headaches and joint pain thanks to my POTS and sometimes I need a little extra support, so having something like a travel sized ibuprofen container is a life saver!

I try to keep a salty snack with me at all times in case I don’t feel like choking down and handful of salt. These crackers are great because you get a good mix of sweet and salty and they always give me a bit of a boost when I need it.

I’m not sure if these symptoms are from my POTS but I frequently deal with joint pain and discomfort and so these patches really help to soothe those things. I bring a small pack around with me in case I notice a flare of these symptoms
