As a mom to a severe eczema baby, I know all of the eczema products out there. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Here are the great ones.

Topicals
A really good gentle moisturizer for dry eczema. Patch test always to make sure their skin can tolerate it.
Seven Minerals Organic Aloe Vera Gel 12oz
Zinc Oxide is great for drying up weeping eczema or diaper rash. We exclusively use this for diaper rash on our sensitive skinned baby.
Boudreaux’s Butt Paste Max Strength Diaper Cream
You can also make your own zinc paste! Feel free to mix in an antimicrobial or another soothing oil/balm (coconut oil, castor oil, tallow) if you want.
Sky Organics Zinc Oxide Powder 16oz DIY
Tallow is great. This is a solid brand and pretty affordable for tallow. We use it as a moisturizer when our baby is particularly dry! Patch test first.
Hearth & Homestead Handmade Whipped Tallow Balm
Great soothing spray for irritated or weeping eczema. We spray this before moisturizing or applying ointment!
Plant Therapy Tea Tree Hydrosol 4 oz
Another calming/soothing spray. Hypochlorous acid is great for eczema, especially in the irritated/infected state. We spray it on the skin directly, or you can spray onto clean hands and rub on if your baby doesn’t like being sprayed.
Highly recommend dead sea salt baths for any eczema prone person! Test with just a small amount at first, then increase if tolerated. It’s so soothing for our eczema baby!
Dead Sea Warehouse 100% Mineral Bath Salts 5lbs
Hard water can absolutely cause or worsen eczema. Grab a bathtub water filter. This is the one we use, and we replace every 3 months or when we start to see mold growth (whichever comes first). We absolutely notice a difference!
Grab a shower filter too. This one is great and affordable. Again, clean water is really important.
AquaBliss High Output Shower Filter Chrome
We rarely do soap baths for our eczema baby, but when we do we only use Honest. This is great for sensitive skin! When we don’t do soap baths, we stick to dead sea salt in lukewarm water with our bathtub filter.
Honest 2-in-1 Shampoo & Body Wash, 10oz
Baby pajamas
Honest has great 100% cotton pajamas. You want to aim for 100% cotton or bamboo. Either will be comforting and good for you eczema prone skin!
HonestBaby Boys 2-Piece Organic Cotton PJs
Little Sleepies are great for bamboo pjs! They have options for the whole family!
Little Sleepies Bamboo Toddler Pajama Set

Poor air quality (hello, mold) can be THE cause of eczema. Invest in a quality air purifier. Air Doctors are the best of the best, but if you can’t afford this, I’ll link the second best below.
AIRDOCTOR AD2000 Air Purifier 3-Stage Filter
This is the most affordable, quality air purifier out there. It’s second best to the Air Doctor.
WINIX 5520 Air Purifier for Large Rooms
Cleaning
We exclusively wash clothes with Molly Suds. For eczema, I’d skip the fragrances and use the unscented line. If you have smelly clothes, dump a cup or two of cleaning vinegar in the load and/or baking soda (measure with your heart).
Molly's Suds Original Laundry Detergent Powder
Regular vacuuming is critical with eczema. Invest in a quality vacuum now. I love this one!
Cordless Vacuum 55KPA 650W 70Mins Stick
An option for liquid laundry detergent! We LOVE this brand. I trust their ingredients and quality.
