Eczema Friendly
My son unfortunately inherited my eczema gene and has eczema all over his body. One of the major things we noticed was that a lot of food trigger a flare up (i.e. chicken, eggs, dairy, tomatoes, strawberries, carrots, etc.). Here’s a list of skincare...
This cream has been a huge game changer for my son. We apply it 3 times a day on his face and hands after he eats and twice a day on his body where needed.
ATOPALM MLE Cream
Another cream that has been a huge help with our skincare. It helps build the barrier of his skin and restores any broken skin spots.
ATOBARRIER365 Cream Moisturizer with Ceramides & Niacinamide for Skin ...

Playtime
Most of the time your newborn will be contact napping, but here are some things that helped us navigate the wake windows up to 5 months. We still have these and my son still plays with most of these.
My son LOVES this play mat. It promoted kicking and playing and it was great for when he could sit or roll over. We still use these parts, just different ways now
Fisher-Price Glow & Grow Kick & Play Piano Gym
Soft books an absolute must have, my son loves the sound, the colours and loved chewing on this as well. He’s had his since he was a newborn and it’s great to have as it can attach to the car seat.
Disney Mickey Mouse at the Park Soft Book
Diaper care

This helped sooo much during nighttime changes so he wouldn’t get shocked and uncomfortable from a cold wipe.
Chefhandy Baby Wipe Warmer, 3-Level Temp Control
Do not sleep on these wipes. They’re the most cost effective wipes I find as they don’t completely destroy my wallet and they are so good for his skin.
Huggies Wipes
The best wipes in my opinion, but they aren’t that wallet friendly. I do buy these when they go on sale.
WaterWipes
My favourite diaper for my son. We rarely get any blowouts since switching to these ones. They’re so soft on the skin and won’t cause any irritation. The Velcro used to secure the diaper isn’t scratchy and will keep the diaper on really well Don’t fo...
