I have an ongoing inside joke with my mom about how we do not understand how mascara has been used for literally thousands of years in some form, and yet, most of the mascaras we try have been soooooo mediocre at best, especially if you are wanting some serious volume and length! Our all-time favorite WAS the Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Noir Mascara, but as you probably know, that line no longer exists. The first mascara on this list was the runner-up for best mascara ever in my opinion! I might even like it better to be honest. So if you are tired of wasting money on mascaras that don’t give the wow factor you are looking for, this list is for you!
