These are my daily trainers that can be used for everything! Currently doing a lot of tempo runs and hill sprints with them. I don’t need a ton of cushion and I like being able to feel the ground when I run
HOKA: Mach 6
Probably the max cushioning possible, I use these for my easy long runs on Saturdays. Could probably run forever with all the cushion and good spring in my step from the carbon plate. Very good for going up & down hills thanks to exaggerated rock...
HOKA: Skyward X
The comfiest post-run slides! I got this in the mint color just for funsies :) I’m a true 7 and my foot doesn’t slide out. Legit feel like I’m walking on clouds
OOFOS: OOahh PLUS Slides
I always run with my SPIbelt and it has just enough space for my phone, mini wallet, key, and Vaseline. I’ve noticed the thinner band still bounces slightly, but not enough to throw off my running.
SPIbelt
Attaches easily to the SPIbelt, I usually use this on the easy long runs. It holds just enough water and doesn’t leak as long as you screw it on properly
SPI Water Botte
I feel like everyone has their own sock preferences, and mine are the quarter Bombas socks. They are moisture wicking and just feel soft on my feet? They’re not too compressive and hold up during the long runs
BOMBAS: Running Socks
These are a great option to secure your bib when running! I have the clear ones so they go with more outfits, but you are able to customize if you want something more personalized or match the race theme! No more holes in my run shirts!
BibBoards
Gym Girly
I’ve used these bands since college to warm up my arms and shoulders. Although I am allergic to latex, the non-latex ones don’t feel as stretchy? I have the green one and use it every warm up
THERABAND ® Latex Resistance Band
Stretching and foam rolling are so important, and I love this one from Trigger Point. The sections with little squares do massage the muscle nicely and I always get a good back crack. I have the pink one 🩷
Trigger Point Foam Roller
I use this after a run or just from sweating a lot (usually leg day). It’s refreshing, no strong smell, and helps fight bacteria after a good workout!
Tower 28: SOS Daily Rescue Facial Spray
I feel like a lot of people have this water bottle, and for good reason: I like having the mouth piece covered. I have the 40 oz and it works for carrying around the office and gym. Just remember to clean it at least weekly!
Owala: FreeSip® Water Bottle
I’ve been a long-time Beats fan, and these deliver good bass and noise cancellation. I mainly use them at the gym when I want to block out everyone, but they also work for getting through simple chores like vacuuming and dishes. They fit over my whol...
Beats: Studio Pro Noise Cancelling Headphones
My go-to gym shoes since they have a flatter base to ground my movements. True to size, variety of colors, and also work for a good walk! The Metcon collection is a staple in gym shoes, can’t go wrong whether you’re lifting heavy, deloading, or doing...
