Plenty of space to camp whether you’re into roughing it or brining a camper! Butts up to Tuttle creek lake!
Tuttle Creek State Park
Although it’s not right in MHK, Milford lake is worth the short drive, it’s the best lake in Kansas! Rent a pontoon boat and fish or just enjoy fresh air. Check out The Cove restaurant while you’re there.

A fun stop for kids to learn about Kansas history. They also have rotating exhibits. Get in free during the summer using the sunflower summer app. Good for all ages!
Flint Hills Discovery Center
I have not personally been here yet but it’s on my to do list because I’ve heard great things! Plus it has a Radinas coffee inside and it’s right downtown!
