Hey guys! In the past few years I've gained some weight and instead doing something about it, I was depressed and angry with myself so I ate more and more trying to fill that empty hole 🕳️ in myself. I still have long way ahead but when I decided enough was enough and started working on my mental health first, then my diet and lastly good workout routine I’ve noticed how better I was. Happier, healthier and better looking. In this list I will share some products, apps, workouts and mental health advices I’m currently using and they’re working great for me.
