Spent 3 days in the lovely Cocoa beach in April 2026! Recommend for a quick getaway, especially if you live somewhere cold. We spent our days on the beach, sipping drinks, eating seafood, and went on a kayak tour!

The only shoes you need for a hot girl European summer! Coming from a girl with arthritis, hypermobility, and feet problems these are the only brands I use! Birkenstocks (with back strap), Dr. Scholl’s time off platform sneakers, platform croc sandals, and Sanyo flip flops for the beach.

Chicago recs from a real Chicagoan! I live on the south side so don’t expect many recs for north side or downtown!
