To feed my starter I use this exact flour. Works just fine. You can use any all purpose flour, I just prefer unbleached organic. Your preference.

To begin your sourdough starter, you'll need spelt flour or whole wheat flour. Either of those works well, I've tried with each and it grows just fine.

I use my dutch oven to bake sourdough bread . Not required at all. You can also use a bread steel (I have one too, I'll share that next) There's many ways of baking sourdough. Do what works for you.
