Bedtime necessities when daddy is at work
Bedtime is at 7:00pm sharp for my oldest. If the baby is up she will have one more bottle then go to bed. This gives me a few hours to clean up, get ready for the next day and have a minute to myself to shower or watch a show!
We love our “daddy doll!” My son sleeps with it when my husband is working his rotation. We tell daddy goodnight & give him a hug & kiss. Plenty of FaceTimes too but this is something tangible for kids.
