Blue diamond almonds are a safe option as my daughter does not have a tree nut allergy. These are made in a peanut free facility.
Sunflower butter is the closest thing I have found to taste like peanut butter. We are not a fan of soy butter. This makes great no bake cookies that taste just like the real thing.

One of the few gummy candies that I have found in most stores. It's nice not having to buy everything online, especially for holidays like Easter and Halloween.
Milk duds a personal favorite. I do not generally eat any candy that isn't safe for my daughter. Hershey's is great about labeling.
A must have stocking stuffer every year. This is a seasonal Christmas item. When we find it we stock up. The closest thing I can find to M&Ms.

We always have had a medical alert bracelet for my daughter. A must have for any allergy or medical condition.
We use this to protect EpiPens from extreme temperatures.
We always carry wet ones with us when we are away from home so my daughter can wipe her hands off before she eats. Hand sanitizer does not destroy allergens.

Really good for nut allergies
The first food allergy cookbook I bought over 15 years ago when my daughter was diagnosed. I still use it to this day. It was a lifesaver during a very scary and emotional time.
I plan on ordering these soon as we have had 6 anaphylactic reactions in a year.
Necessary to clean surfaces of allergens is soap and water isn't handy.
Baking items we use
I use this gel coloring to make red velvet cake.
I used this cake mix for my daughter's first birthday 🎂
Only Cocoa powder I use.
As always read the labels but I have found Pillsbury to be good in labeling with may contain or made in a facility…
Again always check the ingredient label but we have found Betty Crocker to be good also for may contain and made in a facility statements.
Honestly my favorite brownie mixes are Betty Crocker. Always read the label.
